The Community Foundation of Burke County is a nonprofit organization that has served the Burke County community since 2000 by professionally managing charitable funds created by individuals, families and organizations, and by using those funds to make grants that address the changing needs of our community.

2010 CFBC Highlights:

• Over $100,000 in Recession Response Fund grants awarded
• Burke Women's Fund established to address the needs of Burke County women and families
• Over $500,000 in total grants
• Over $10 million in total assets
