Chris Brittain is a semi-retired business leader now focusing on real estate and property development with a strong commitment to strengthening local communities. He has built and managed a small portfolio of properties using a hands-on, people-first approach.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Western Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University. Chris serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on improving quality of life in Burke County and the surrounding region, with particular interest in healthcare, housing initiatives and neighborhood development. He has served on the Community Foundation board for over 9 years.
