Bruce graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was employed in various positions at Caterpillar, Inc. throughout his life, and served as Plant Manager in their Boonville, MO plant until his retirement in 2006. Bruce has served on the Investment Committee since 2011.
